Belinda Torr | Clinical Psychologist
Belinda Torr is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with adults, children, adolescents and their families.
Belinda believes people have the skills they need to overcome their mental health obstacles - her approach is to provide support to help remove these obstacles, for long lasting outcomes.
Belinda uses a range of therapeutic modalities though primarily comes from a trauma and attachment informed background drawing on narrative approaches.
Belinda is a trained EMDR practitioner and can work with all types of trauma. She continues to develop her skills in this area and draws upon Internal Family Systems (IFS) and structural dissociation to support her work.
When not working, Belinda is walking, gardening or training her dogs to be able to work with her. They are only puppies so there is a way to go yet before they are work ready.
